WINONA, Minn. – Snow on the ground to remain around as an Arctic cold front moves in from the north. But first more snow. Half an inch more is forecast for southeast Minnesota and adjoining Wisconsin by the weekend. Winds: 15 to 25 mph. Highs will be in the mid-20s until, perhaps, a slight warming by Thanksgiving.
