NODINE, Minn. – Two truck convoys planning to converge on Washington to protest CoVid mandates passed through Minnesota, making roadside stops for fuel and service. The Minnesota convoys planned to team at the Interstate 94 and Interstate 90 junction at Tomah in Wisconsin and continued east. Supporters, mostly anti-vaxxers and Trump extremists, showed support by hanging and waving American flags at overpasses as the trucks passed underneath.

Their goal: Make a statement by snarling up traffic in the nation’s capital.  They have been inspired by Canadian truckers who blockaded trans-border traffic until the Royal Canadian Mounted Police put an end to it two weeks ago.
