WINONA, Minn. — Six new members were named to the board of directors of the Minnesota State College Southeast Foundation. The foundation is the college’s find-raising arm. The college has campuses in Red Wing and Winona. The new members:
> Patty Brown, retired from the Red Wing Chamber of Commerce
> Andrew Kaiser, of Dahl Toyota in Winona.
> Kevin Martin, retired from Winona Public Schools.
> Jerry Miller, of Miller Scrap in Winona.
> Tom Pasch, Merchants Bank in Red Wing.
> Katrice Sisson, of Winona Health.
