LACROSSE, Wis.  — An Ontario teenager accused of homicide in a South Side gun battle May 22 had his bond reduced from $50,000 to $40,000.  Judge Elliot Levine granted the reduction when Sage Hicke, 18, appeared at a preliminary hearing. Meanwhile Hicke’s attorney, Andrew Martinez, has suggested the shooting was self-defense.
