- PETER, Minn. – A farmer died when his tractor rear-ended a a truck north of St. Peter. Killed was Mark Michael Osborne, 58. The trucker was not hurt. The accident occurred around 6:15 a.m. The State Patrol said both vehicles were traveling south on Highway 169.
