WINONA Minn. – Three new CoVid deaths and 395 newcases were confirmed in Winona County the week ending Tuesday. The state Health Department said the deaths were all older adults – in categories from 60 to 94. The data moved the county’s totals since pandemic tracking began to 11,897 cases and 69 deaths.
