WINONA, Minn. – The community improvement group Engage Winona announced a seven-week virtual workshop series on writing grants, raising money, creating websites and brands, and telling social media stories. Brian Voerding, executive director, said the first workshop will be Thursday on starting a nonprofit or small business. Presenters include:
