WINONA, Minn. – In-person classes at Winona State are back at pre-Covid levels, university President Scott Olson said, At the start of classes a year ago, with the pandemic at full strength, 70% of instruction went online. “It flipped back to normal this fall,” Olson told KWNO radio listeners. Masks remain required indoors. Masks, he said, are a reminder that the Covid virus is still around. The state government mandate, also, requires vaccination or weekly testing at the campus.
