MANTORVILLE, Minn. – A14-person jury was seated for the trial of Michael Adam Davis, a former church youth leader with the Latter-Day Saints in nearby Kasson. Davis is charged with sexually assaulting a minor he met as an authority figure in the church. The jury has no alternate members, suggesting that a short trial was expected. Members of a 20-person pool of potential jurors were asked their viewpoints on credibility and age as well as separating feelings from facts.
