LACROSSE, Wis. – Emergency nasal spray kits for drug overdoses have been installed in University Wisconsin-LaCrosse dorms. Allen Hill, campus police chief, said the easy-to-use kits contain Naloxone, more commonly known as Narcan. Each kit has two nasal sprays and a CPR mask. The wall-mounted kits were provided by the organization Wisconsin Voices of Recovery.
