WINONA, Minn. – So far this academic year Winona State has had 151 student Covid cases and 14 employee cases, the university reported. In the latest update, for the seven days ending November 14, there were 26 new cases. Twenty-two were students, four were staff. This compares with 31 the week earlier.  In the latest reporting period, 16 students were quarantined and 60 in isolation.
